Smoothies are an easy and convenient way to get your vitamins and minerals without having to worry about preparing a full meal.

Easy Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients

  • Frozen Mixed Berries: 200g
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • Oat Milk: 75ml
  • Maple Syrup: 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Protein Powder half tbsp, Vegan Version if needed

For Topping

  • Sliced Kiwis, Bananas and Fresh Berries
  • Granola 25g
  • Mixed Nuts and Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Almond Butter 1 tbsp

Method for making the smoothie

Step 1

Blend the berries, banana, oat milk, maple syrup and protein powder in a powerful blender until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Add milk in moderation, ensuring that the consistency remains thick.





Step 2

Scoop the smoothie into a bowl and top it off with fresh fruit, granola & mixed nuts & seeds. For an extra dose of flavour, don't forget to drizzle almond butter over it before serving.
