5 Simple facial exercises for a perfect jawline

1. Pufferfish Press

This face exercise is a variation of the cheek puff exercise, but it has specific benefits. It prevents laugh lines from appearing around your mouth and maintains your nasolabial folds. It's also a good stretch for those cheek muscles

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do Pufferfish Press facial exercise:

  • As you sit on the floor, make sure your back is straight, your shoulders and neck are relaxed, and you are not breathing too quickly. With a clear mind.
  • Breathing deep and filling up your cheeks with air can make you feel relief from pressure or annoyance.
  • Move the air to your right cheek, and hold for 10 seconds. Then move it to the left cheek and hold for 10 seconds.
  • Try repeating the exercise five to ten times.

2. Jaw Flex

A double chin can make you look heavier and older than you really are. Trim face fat, and get more defined look with this face workout.

  • Cross your legs and sit down on the floor. Position your back as straight as you can, but also make sure to relax your shoulders and neck muscles. Next, close your eyes and completely clear your mind of thoughts.
  • Tilt your head back until you're looking at the ceiling.
  • Move your lower jaw over your upper jaw as far as you can, you should feel this in the jaw muscles near to your ears.
  • Hold the position for 10 seconds
  • Try repeating the exercise 10 to 15 times.

3. Chipmunk Cheek Squeeze

The Chipmunk Cheek face yoga exercise is perfect if you have chubby cheeks and want to tone your jawline. It helps to activate and train your mouth muscles while improving any flabbiness in the facial tissue.

Here are the steps to perform the Chipmunk Cheek face exercise:

  • Cross your legs and sit down on the floor. Position your back as straight as you can, but also make sure to relax your shoulders and neck muscles. Next, close your eyes and completely clear your mind of thoughts.
  • Tilt your head backwards such that your chin protrudes forward.
  • Suck your cheeks in as much as you can.
  • Hold the position for 10 seconds
  • Try repeating the exercise five to ten times.

4. Brow Raiser

This is a really easy facial exercise to help keep your head looking less droopy.

  • Stick your index and middle fingers together in a closed peace sign.
  • Gently push your fingernails over your brows and rest them on the skin - then gently press down.
  • Wrinkle your forehead while using the weight of your fingers to push it up and down.
  • Try repeating the exercise five to ten times.

5. Cheekbone Lift

The Cheekbone Lift exercise is highly recommended if you want to increase the stretch of your cheek muscles.





You can make your face look younger by doing exercises that smooth out the creases in your cheeks. They'll strengthen various sagging muscles and also reduce the thickness of fat beneath. This will define your cheekbones.

This is the way to do the Cheekbone Lift face exercise:

  • Relax your shoulders and neck, straighten your back and sit down on the floor in the cross-legged position. Spend a few minutes clearing your mind
  • Stretch your fingers out and place them on either side of your face.
  • Gently move the skin tight against your face.
  • Open your mouth to form an elongated 'O' shape until you have a feeling of stretch in your cheeks. For this, look in the mirror and keep your tongue on the roof of the mouth.
  • Hold this position for around 10 seconds.
  • Try repeating the exercise five to ten times.
