Ireland Weather – Temperatures set to go down to -3 degrees

Beginning of the week, a period of particularly chilly weather is predicted, with some areas of the nation seeing evening lows of -3 degrees.

Met Éireann has issued a warning that Monday night's temperatures will fall, with lows in the range of -3 to 2 degrees, bringing widespread frost.

Tuesday will continue to be cold, but the night will be noticeably warmer, with lows between 3 and 6 degrees.

The rest of the week is predicted to be gloomy but dry, with rainy spells beginning on Wednesday and Thursday.
