Tesco Ireland opens a new superstore in Adamstown and adds 76 jobs.

Tesco Ireland has announced the opening of a new Superstore in Adamstown, Dublin, which will result in the creation of 76 new jobs.

The company listed a few of the amenities available to customers in the neighbourhood, including an in-store bakery, an F&F clothes department, home goods, and access to the highest quality fresh local and Irish products.

Regarding the new store Tesco Ireland's Chief Operating Officer, Geoff Byrne, expressed his excitement over the opening of the newest shop in Adamstown.





"The customer offering is of a very high quality, and the store has increased the number of jobs and options in the neighbourhood."

The Adamstown store has more than 26,000 square feet in size and has numerous energy-saving features, including doors on all milk and cool refrigerators, a zero-carbon heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system, and dimmable LED lighting.

Adamstown is the 166th Tesco location in Ireland that offers community support.

The Adamstown store's inaugural campaign will involve gifts to three neighbourhood organizations: the Adamstown Youth Community Center, Lucan Sarsfield, and Adamstown/Lucan Crosscare.
